Dr. Poonam Bali, influenced by her father's practice of Homeopathy and her mother's focus on Naturopathy and Yoga, developed a natural inclination toward holistic and preventive healthcare from an early age. A consistent academic achiever, she chose to pursue Homeopathy, guided by her father's vision of its growing significance as an alternative medicine. While acknowledging the role of modern medicine in emergencies, for the long term Dr. Bali advocates holistic solutions through Homeopathy and other alternative healing methods, emphasizing their effectiveness over medicine's short-term suppressive approach. Founded on principles of holistic well-being, she coaches her clients to support the Mind, Body, and Spirit through a personalized approach to health.
Being the top alumni of her prestigious institute, she was asked by her seniors to be a guiding and motivational force for the juniors. This led her to pursue teaching for some time. She also functioned as OPD and IPD head at her college and hospital alongside teaching for a few years, as the first phase of her medical career.
