Wonderful welcome and consultation, I had a range of treatments, colon cleanse, ozone therapy, massage, chirodhara and IV vitamins and minerals, Dr Bali is a very competent practitioner and very thankful to her for her considered attention.

I was looking for a professional doctor but with an artist s eye and professional set up for Microblading of my sparse eye brows. Had my first Ayurveda session here and it was truly eye-opening. The therapist took time to understand my concerns before recommending the right treatment, which I really appreciated. The therapy itself was gentle but effective, and by the end I felt a noticeable difference. The clinic is spotless and has a wonderfully calm energy. I had a session for Shirodhara and it felt amazingly relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff is well trained with good manners. The owner-Dr. Bali is an expert in the fields of Ayurveda and Homeopathy and exhibits a caring and pleasing personality. The premises do require some upgrading.

I was having some problems with my digestive system from a long time. I came to Dr Poonam, she listened to me patiently and suggested me a plan to follow. I’ve experienced Colon Hydrotherapy, ozone therapy, yoga, detox massage, homeopathic treatment. I’m feeling light and energetic. I will continue to follow her lifestyle advice. I was initially referred to Dr. Poonam by a functional medicine doctor friend, for colon hydrotherapy after undergoing several olive oil & lemon juice liver-gallbladder cleanses. In our first conversation she proved to be knowledgable, experienced and friendly, and that only increased during our later conversations. I subsequently underwent three sessions of colon hydrotherapy, multiple rounds of ozone therapy and massage, all of which I was very pleased with.
