My father's cancer returned within a year of his chemo and surgery. This time, we wanted to explore naturopathy, and after searching we came across Dr. Bali's Bliss. I am truly grateful that we found it.

Dr. Bali is incredibly kind, warm, and open-minded, which makes it very easy to discuss any concerns with her. Her approach to treatment is truly holistic. My father has been receiving IV Vitamin C therapy along with other treatments for the past 2.5 months under her care. The staffs are very polite, competent and supportive, and the atmosphere of the centre is deeply calming.

I am in India from USA. I suffered from chronic Constipation and wanted a permanent solution for my overall health, as nothing I tried in past was helping me. I searched and found Dr Bali's clinic Bliss as most genuine, holistic and long experience with great reviews. I got consultation by Dr Bali for 45 mints. She heard me patiently and suggested a treatment plan which I signed up right away as I trusted her totally.

I had a great time experiencing coming here everyday. I did almost every treatment which they offer from their big range, which I loved all, like all their signature 7 day Detox plan that includes colon and liver cleanse with body detox. I did vaginal ozone and rectal ozone both together and it did amazing things for my body. I felt the benefits within 3 days of the ozone therapy. I also did colon therapy which has cured my old constipation — my bowels work perfectly well now.

I was initially referred to Dr. Poonam by a functional medicine doctor friend, for colon hydrotherapy after undergoing several olive oil & lemon juice liver-gallbladder cleanses. In our first conversation she proved to be knowledgable, experienced and friendly, and that only increased during our later conversations.

I subsequently underwent three sessions of colon hydrotherapy, multiple rounds of ozone therapy and massage, all of which I was very pleased with. Dharam b'hai assisted me the most, however every one of the friendly, competent men and women there became my friends within a few days. They even provided me with home-made food and a place to rest whenever I wanted.

I had been experiencing very dry skin and joint pain when I visited Dr. Bali's clinic. Dr. Bali took the time to understand how I was feeling and what I needed, and she recommended an infrared sauna session followed by a body scrub treatment.

The experience was very relaxing, and immediately after the treatment my skin felt noticeably more moisturised, hydrated, and refreshed, and my body felt less stiff and more relaxed. I also appreciated the care and attention shown throughout the appointment.

I came to Dr Bali s Bliss for a detox body destress. My friend who had been frequenting this clinic for her detox, colon cleanse etc to rejuvenate on regular basis. She convinced me to go for a colon cleanse ,I was very hesitant and apprehensive. I know Dr Poonam from quite a sometime now. And during our usual consultations I told her about multiple gallbladder stones which caused me burping and acid reflux issues. She suggested colon Hydrotherapy. We took a while to decide and then finally made up my mind to undergo the treatment as it had no side effects and was naturally done.
