About Dr. Bali’s Brainchild ‘Bliss’ was first set up in kalindi Colony, in 1996 as a Cosmetic Skin Clinic using a Holistic approach along with World-class technology and Products. She believes that skin care is dependent on the state of Internal Health for permanent results.
Her Integrated Wellness programs, towards a perfectly Healthy Skin Care Regime, include combinations of Aromatherapy, Colon cleansing, Body Detox, Yoga, Diet, Lifestyle change are incorporated for a complete distressing and detoxifying effect, besides advanced Skin treatments which she brought back from her study of Cosmetic Medicine in Cheshire, England.
In 2003, “Bliss” opened at 1 MG Road, Delhi’s first-ever Designer Mall, living up to the need for increased consciousness for healthier lifestyles and personal care. Here, she further used her multiple specialties in holistic healthcare, setting up wellness treatments like rejuvenating and cleansing therapies with healing range of body treatments, in an ambiance matching world standards.
An Age Reversal clinic was also launched with her certification by Allergan, a leading manufacturer of Botox and Derma fillers. Bliss was selected as a landmark skin clinic, to offer these high end treatments. Dr Bali Understood the need for such requests by her clients who wanted instant Facial line reversal in zero down time, even though she likes to stick to her choice of holistic approach in everything she attempts. With her elevated aesthetic sense to study facial contours, being an artist herself, and a healer, she became a favourite for, conservative and painless injections with her select clientele, applying an undercorrection approach bringing subtle change rather than overcorrection leading to obvious, tell-tale outcome.
Bliss Center
Further, a larger ‘Bliss’ center was set up for complete wellness and Skincare at Hauz Khas in 2004, a more central location to service her increasing clientele, seeking her unique concept of Holistic Skin as well as Complete Health Programmes.
Keeping in line with her innovative approach in bringing revolutionary health treatments, Dr Bali installed two Colon HydroTherapy treatment machines from Florida, U S.A. in year 2006. This addition made ‘Bliss’ center, a pioneer in Detox Therapy giving it a breakthrough never heard of earlier.
Again in 2011, Bliss needed to add more work area. With an ever-increasing menu of services and space requirements for the same, a branch was opened in Lado Sarai.
Dr. Bali’s ongoing innovations and training with leading experts around the world for Holistic wellness make her a master in her chosen field.
With more space at Lado Sarai and its unique location, this center was created like a mini health resort tucked away in one peaceful corner, though in heart of South Delhi.
All treatments at Bliss are supervised by qualified team of doctors and conducted by internationally trained therapists with world standards be it for hygiene, ambiance or quality control of therapies provided.
About ‘Bliss’ centre offers Seven luxurious treatment rooms designed to carry out multiple range of treatments, including Colon Therapy, Ozone Therapy, Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, Body and Face work.
Each one with attached showers and a steam room as well as dressing cum grooming areas, as well two large relaxing lounges, maintained with calming ambiance and superb hygiene. Doctor’s consultation rooms offer complete privacy.
Further, in year 2016 our flagship centre in Hauz Khas doubled in space expanding Ayurvedic, Naturopathic, Homoeopathic Ozone ,Colon Therapy and Yoga sections with two spacious relaxing lounges, as well as a Unisex Personal Care Studio, to offer grooming services as a supporting unit to complete Wellness services, hence making ‘Bliss’ “all under one roof facility”.
In 2019, keeping her tradition of innovation, Dr Bali added two Ozone Therapy machines bringing an entire range of Ozone treatments.
IV Nutritional Therapy range was added along with IV Ozone ,mandatory for treatment line for recovery of prolonged Lifestyle diseases like Cancer, Arthritis, Diabetes,Migraine etc. These treatments were God sent for recovery of COVID affected patients.

Dr. Bali’s strong belief is that, without Divine intervention and a Spiritual approach toward understanding of Life’s functions, long term Health and Happiness is not possibl. Being a spiritually endowed person herself and a healer professionally Dr. Bali believes in living and working in energized spaces for herself, her staff and visitors or patients to bring an environment of Harmony, Peace and Happiness.
This leads to a space of heightened positive energy for well-being, creating vibrations that enhance the effect of Healing. To bring that effect, energized symbols, mantras, and a large Well Being Yantra are enshrined at the facility.
